Everything starts on Today. You'll see the date, up to three priorities, your next appointment, your routine, and your recent notes.

Press Add Something to add a task, a note, an appointment, a routine step, or a medicine reminder. Unfinished tasks stay where they are, until you choose to move them.

My Appointments keeps the date, time, place, and what to bring. You can add any visit to your phone's calendar.

My Medicines lists what you take, and when. Mark each dose as taken. Reminders appear while the app is open. They are not phone notifications.

My Notes holds anything you want to remember. Pin the important ones, and search them later. Only you can see your notes.

Care Team and Pharmacy keeps your providers in one place, with a Call button for each.

Get Help is always at the top of the screen. It shows how to call 911, the people you trust, and a support card you can print.

In Settings, you can make text larger, choose a Comfortable or Compact view, and take the guided tour any time.
